Group Programmes

Group Therapy is often a powerful way of connecting with others and using that experience to make the changes in your life that you have been working towards. By talking to others in a similar position we often find relief and comfort in knowing that we are not the only ones and confidence in being able to utilize that information and those relationships on our journey to help others who are on a similar path.
