Improving Sleep

There are many factors that get in the way of our sleep, from stress to too many gadgets. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) offers many tools to assist with improving sleep, including methods to fall asleep, reset your sleep cycle, and to help you get back to sleep should you awaken. I would be happy to meet with you to see what may be contributing to the sleep difficulties and work with you to develop a plan and routine to help you get the best night’s sleep possible!
